Terms of Service

Effective June 29, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Rentivue (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.

1. The Service

Rentivue provides property-management, accounting, maintenance, compliance, leasing, and workforce tools. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

3. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you submit (“Customer Data”), including property, tenant, and financial records. You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and process personal data about tenants, applicants, vendors, and employees.

5. AI features

Certain features use automated/AI assistance. AI output is a draft only and is subject to the AI Disclaimer. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-assisted content before it is sent or relied upon.

6. Fees

If your plan includes fees, they will be described at sign-up or in an order form. Demo and evaluation environments are provided without charge and may be reset or discontinued at any time.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or related to the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination you may request an export of your Customer Data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be directed to your account administrator or our support team.
